Kinlord Ryethamil Corelanya was the leader of the Corelanya Clan in the early years of the 27th century of the First Era. He was also the leader of the College of Tomes of the Collegium Praxis.

Little is known of Ryethamil's early years. Ryethamil came of age during a period of peace and stability secured by the Peace of Xor-Hist, established by his predecessor, Kinlady Torinwe. This accord ensured a lasting truce between the Corelanya Altmer and the Stone-Nest Argonians, allowing Ryethamil to inherit a realm free from external conflict, at least for a time. However, within the palaces and colleges of Sunport, the shadow of an ancient bargain with darker forces loomed ever nearer, threatening to unravel the peace Ryethamil had inherited.

His younger brother, Istamil, was a bold and ambitious warrior with grand visions of expanding Corelanya's influence, dreams he was willing to pursue even through the use of darker Daedric powers. Ryethamil was a member of the College of the Tomes of the Collegium Praxis, eventually rising to lead the institution. Ryethamil became Kinlord of Clan Corelanya and the leader of city of Sunport in 1E 2607. Reserved and scholarly by nature, he ruled with caution, acting more as a caretaker of his inheritance than a conqueror. He often tempered Istamil's more aggressive ambitions, leading to growing tension between them. This rivalry culminated in 1E 2631, when Istamil engineered a formal duel, slew Ryethamil, and seized power for himself.

Legacy

Following his death, Ryethamil was laid to rest in the Corelanya Crypt, alongside all other Kinrulers except for his successor Istamil. Ryethamil features prominently in History of Clan Corelanya, authored by Regent Karinwe, the leader of Clan Corelanya during the Interregnum.
