Solstice is an isolated tropical island within the Southern Sea,[1][2][3] located south of Murkmire in Black Marsh.[UOL 1] The Argonians that inhabit the island came before the Duskfall period occurred.[UOL 2] It has been described as a "paradise".[2] Solstice sea urchins are sometimes used to make rattlers.[4]
In the aftermath of the Planemeld, the Worm Cult was reported to be amassing forces on the island of Solstice in preparation for a massive attack. Though its location was unknown to the population of Tamriel at the time, the Mages Guild vowed to locate the island and stop them.[1]
