The Garden Quarter, famed for its grandiose manors and gardens as well as the gleaming Temple of Dibella Estetica, is one of Anvil's six quarters found to the city's southwest. This part of the city is also where the esteemed Saint Amiel Officer's Club, named for Saint Amiel, as well as the less savory Abecette, offering entertainment and lodging to the city's wealthy visitors, can be found.
The Garden Quarter is dwarfed by the towering edifice of the Temple of Dibella Estetica. The awe-inspiring temple is considered by many to be the grandest temple Dibella in all of the empire and, as such, serves as a popular pilgrimage spot for the divine's worshipers as well as followers of the Great Faiths more broadly.
The Abecette, found northeast of the Temple of Dibella Estetica, offers a host of opportunities for relaxation and gambling activities. It's bars are stocked with a wide range of fine spirits and liquors, while its suites are renowned across Cyrodiil. It's inner hall houses an expansive gambling den, while the fight pit found in its basement host matches between costumed combatants.

It is the Garden Quarter where the city's wealthiest live in their luxurious and grand manors. Noteworthy residents include: Reymanus Pelelius, Marshal of the Coast and the queen's brother; Herrius Thimistrel, the major shareholder of the Abecean Trading Company; Akaterina Hadrach of the once venerable Hadrach family, disgraced ever since her father's failed coup attempt; Knight of the Garland Lavus Siralius, commander of the First Legion in the Kingdom of Anvil; and Raco Derrissa, owner of the Abecette.
The Saint Amiel Officer's Club, being a popular destination for the officers of all of the empire's military, is a frequently destination for many notable individuals. Currently this includes Vasil Richton, a marshal of the Kingdom of Kvatch and descendant of the namesake of the club, and Admiral Lena Cinisa, one of three leaders of the West Navy's Home Fleet.
Despite the temple's perfect appearance, the Dibellan priests of the Temple of Dibella Estetica are currently fractured between two opposing factions: the ascetics and the hedonists. In theory, these are lead by Primate Hiral Varollus and Theurgist Lessi Hecaria, respectively. However, in practice it's Dalia Lasalian and Cassandra Verach who take a more active role within their respective groups.
Getting There and Around[edit]
The Garden Quarter can be reached by walking south from the Anvil Marina or by swimming east across the port. Goldstone can be reached by crossing a bridge west of the Temple of Dibella Estetica. The quarter is also connected to Little Arenthia, the Marina, and the Port Quarter via a gondolier located outside the Saint Amiel Officer's Club.

Vallanytha Grotto can be found just east of the city's walls, near the easternmost tower.
