Prisoner's Rags is an overland set that drops in Coldharbour. It cannot be crafted. Pieces are Soul-Shriven Style in Light Armor.

• Battle Minstrel's Mantle, the quest reward for The Lost Lute in the Dark Elf Style.
• Dungeon-Delving Staff, the quest reward for Through the Daedric Lens in the Daedric Style.
• Galerion's Spare Staff, the quest reward for Breaking the Shackle in the High Elf Style.
• Old Bone's Shivering Timber, the quest reward for Old Bones in the Primal Style.
• Prisoner Cynhamouth's Undulating Band, a unique drop from the world boss Cynhamoth at Cynhamoth's Grove.
• Prisoner Duriatundar's Frigid Amulet, a unique drop from the world boss Duriatundur at Duriatundur's Killing Field.
• Prisoner Gnilokelo's Dread, a unique drop from Gnilokelo, the final boss of The Cave of Trophies in the Daedric Style.
• Prisoner Zemarek's Visor, a unique drop from the world boss Zemarek-thul at Zemarek's Hollow in the High Elf Style.
• Privateer Clogs, the quest reward for Between Blood and Bonein the Argonian Style.
• Seal of Sacrifice, the quest reward for Soul Survivors.
• Soul-Meld Staff, the quest reward for The Soul-Meld Mage in the Khajiit Style.
• Stibbon's Dress Shirt of the Prisoner, the quest reward for What the Heart Wants in the Breton Style.
• Stibbon's Dress Trousers of the Prisoner, the quest reward for Saving Stibbons in the Breton Style.

Drop Locations

Zones drop pieces from their sets:

• Delve bosses drop a waist, foot, or unique item piece.
• Overland bosses drop a head, chest, leg, weapon, or unique item piece.
• Public dungeon bosses (including champions) drop a shoulder, hand, weapon, or unique item piece.
• Chests at World Events, most commonly Dark Anchors drop a jewelry set piece.
• Treasure chests have a chance to grant any set piece that can drop in that zone; the chance is increased by having the Treasure Hunter champion perk.
• Zone story quest rewards are often part of overland sets.

Dropped items range from Fine quality to Epic quality, while Legendary quality items must be obtained via improvement or purchased from Adhazabi Aba-daro.
