Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

A clerk working with Belron Hlaalu named Dreyns Vandus reports that a number of the East Empire Company's caravans are refusing to move on from Shipal-Sharai. Rogatus Cipius wants you to travel there and resolve the issue. He suggests speaking to Flora Mamercino (next to him) for the names of the late caravaners. She will name Talmsa Ralaal, Ralam Omoril and Giras Saryon as the tardy caravaners.

Travel to Shipal-Sharai. You'll find the three caravaners around town. Return to Rogatus once all three have been convinced to get moving to resolve the quest.

Giras Saryon[edit]

Giras Saryon is in the Caravanserai. He says that his travel papers haven't been approved, but will agree to ignore them with 85+ disposition. Otherwise you'll have to enter the Caravanserai's office and speak to Dreyns Vandus within. He'll give you a written Travel Authorization to pass on to Giras, noting that no travel papers are actually needed. Give this authorization to Giras, and he'll agree to move on.

Ralam Omoril[edit]

Ralam Omoril stands by her guar outside the Caravanserai. Ask her about the delayed caravans topic and she'll reveal that her guar has guar fever, and cannot move. Pop to the town apothecary and buy a Potion of Cure Common Disease for the guar, then give it to Ralam. The guar will be cured and Ralam will agree to get moving.

(You can also cast a Cure Common Disease spell on the guar for the same effect).

Talmsa Ralaal[edit]

Talmsa is hanging out at the Sapphire Slouch Cornerclub in town. Speak to her about the delayed caravans, and she'll ascribe her current inaction as being down to today being a holy day - the Feast of St. Felms. If you have 85+ disposition with her, she'll confess that to be an old caravaner's joke, and will agree to get moving. Otherwise, speak to Dreyns Vandus at the Caravanserai office. He'll declare that he has never heard of this saint's day. He'll suggest checking in with a priest of the matron at the House of Red Wings, Llavela Vian. Llavela's the easiest to find, so ask her about the holiday. She'll state that it's made up. Return to Talmsa. She'll deny deceiving you, but will promise to get back on the road.
