Shei

Shei is an Argonian Thief, and at the time of your arrival in Morrowind is the lone member of the Thieves Guild within the city of Andothren. The brave, if hunted-looking Argonian has a mission from a Thieves Guild Mastermind: to re-establish the guild in the city after a bloody assault by the Camonna Tong effectively ended its existence. Given that the Camonna Tong's grip on the port metropolis is strong, and that bounties are still out on guild members heads, it is of little surprise that Shei is grateful to have your assistance in her task, once you show up on her doorstep.

Shei will give you various jobs over the course of her Thieves Guild questline, and is a dutiful soul who prides herself on following her own orders to the letter. She still has her values however, and expresses discomfort when her superior's orders to you include a demand for the death of the Camonna Tong stronghold, against the guild's own principles.

By the end of Andothren Regained, Shei is the Ringleader of a thriving Thieves Guild cell, governing Andothren's criminal world either in uneasy co-existence with the Tong, or as the sole master.
