Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Myaru Sareleth in the Narsis guildhall about special duties and hire the Dark Brotherhood.
2. Travel to the Hleryn Estate in Hlerynhul and ask Caretakers about little secret.
3. Read the Note to the Duchess in the secret room.
4. Take the note to Myaru.

Detailed Walkthrough

It is understood that one Jivana Hleryn of Hlerynhul has been attempting to hire the Dark Brotherhood. Myaru Sareleth wants you to find out who she contacted. Head out to Hlerynhul (the city silt strider can take you there). You can enter the Keep to speak with Jivana Hleryn, but will find her uncooperative. Instead enter the Hleryn Estate to question the servants, as Myaru suggested. Anyone with the Caretaker class asked about the little secret topic here will speak of a secret room behind a tapestry at the estate. You'll find the locked door to this room behind Relms Uvaryn at the bar. Jivana has the key if you need this, and there's also a copy on the shelf by Tolgorm in the estate's guardhouse. Once inside, read the Note to the Duchess on the table. It references an agent named Mah-Ja. You can now return to Myaru to complete the quest.

25		One of Ivul Hleryn's servants mentioned the existence of a secret room somewhere behind a tapestry in the Hleryn Estate.
50		I found a note that revealed the agent as an Argonian named Mah-ja. Leaving a package containing your target and payment addressed to the Duchess of Mir Corrup will hire the Dark Brotherhood.
100	Finishes quest	Myaru Sareleth thanked me for the information and will send scouts to track down Mah-ja.
