Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Myaru Sareleth in the Narsis guildhall about special duties and stolen writ.
2. Ask storekeepers of the Grand Bazaar about Ralos Vendil.
3. Confront Idera Veralor in the Velothi tower and either:
   • Convince her to spill the beans with 70+ disposition.
   • Read the Note to Idera on her person.
4. Enter the Council Quarter tunnels and kill Eleren Llethros and Cululenwen.
5. Report back to Myaru.

Detailed Walkthrough

On reaching Master rank in the Morag Tong, certain special duties become available at the Narsis guildhall. The first concerns a stolen writ on Ralos Vendil. Ralos was a target of the Morag Tong, but was killed before they could reach him. Myaru Sareleth wants to know who did it.

Ralos store was in the Grand Bazaar in the Market Quarter, and has since been taken over by an Argonian named Deecran. Head down the underground bazaar and ask the storekeepers nearest Deecran's store about Ralos' death. Deecran himself has no information.

Four individuals have something to reveal. These are Ardi Oaken-Cave, Omin Darothan, Onnurdil and Harold Elk-Cleave. The main person to talk to is Harold. He will note that seeing a woman that he knows leave the store on the day of the murder. He finds that notable as he had never seen her in the Grand Bazaar before. The woman's name is Idera Veralor and she lives in the Velothi Tower in the city's St. Veloth Quarter. Go find her there. You'll need at least 70 disposition to get her to open up about Ralos, or can alternatively read the Note to Idera on her person for much the same information.

It seems that the two assassins of Ralos move through the Council Quarter sewers. Idera will specify the Council Quarter Tunnels if you left her alive. Search for them there. The Council Quarter Tunnels themselves can be accessed from the west Council Quarter sewers (you can access this area easily through the Arena's holding cells). It's a small flooded area with the two assassins, Eleren Llethros and Cululenwen, at the very end. Kill both, and then report back to Myaru.

10		Myaru Sareleth asked me to investigate a stolen writ on Ralos Vendil, a shopkeeper in the Grand Bazaar. He was killed, but not by the Morag Tong. His shop was taken over by an Argonian, Deecran. I am to investigate the circumstances of his murder and if possible find out who the culprit was.
50		Harold Elk-Cleave said Idera Veralor entered Ralos' shop the day of the murder. Her apartment is in the Velothi Tower, a large apartment building in the St. Veloth quarter of Narsis east of the Grand Bazaar.
70		Idera Veralor leaked that Dark Brotherhood members Cululenwen and Eleren Llethros were Ralos' assassins. She said they usually traverse the Council Quarter Tunnels under the arena to get to their targets.
71		I found a note that implicated Dark Brotherhood members "C" and "EL" in Ralos' murder. It mentions that they traverse the sewers under the arena in the Council Quarter to get to their targets.
100		I killed the Dark Brotherhood assassins Cululenwen and Eleren Llethros.
200	Finishes quest	Myaru Sareleth thanked me for the honorable execution of Cululenwen and Eleren Llethros.

5		Deecran said he had nothing to do with Ralos' killing, and only came to town after the murder.
10		Ardi Oaken-Cave said they saw a drunk bosmer being thrown out of Ralos' shop the day before his murder.
20		Onnurdil said Harold Elk-Cleave saw someone leave Ralos' shop on the day of the murder.
30		Omin Darothan said Ralos had a gambling addiction and would frequently buy new packs of cards.
