Once you have emerged from the island tower after killing Uela, she will be outside along with Wyresses Freyda and Rashan. If you speak with her she will direct you to Rashan:

"Speak to Rashan."

Before you throw in the heart:

"Now! The heart!"

After the ritual is perform she will say:

"Your actions today impress me. And believe me, it's not an easy feat."

Once you have completed Heart of Evil she will admit you are trustworthy.

"You've had a quite the glimpse into our world. A bit more then Wyress Freyda or myself would ever be comfortable with, but luckily, for all our sakes, you've proven yourself trustworthy."
