Judge Xiven is a Xivilai delivering sentences to the mortals trapped in the Court of Contempt.

Skills and Abilities[edit]
- Quick Strike
- A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
- Blood Craze
- The enemy slashes at you twice, doing moderate physical damage over time to the player. This attack also heals the enemy over time.
- Agony
- The enemy stuns the player for a short time. Taking damage from any source will break the stun, but the player may choose to break free from it instead. After the stun ends, this spell also does moderate magical damage over time to the player. This spell can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance. Blocking will prevent the stun.
- Roll Dodge
- The enemy can perform a roll dodge to avoid incoming damage.
Quest-Related Events[edit]
Before you rescue the prisoners, you'll overhear him:
- Judge Xiven: "Keep arguing and I'll hold you in contempt!"
- Judge Xiven: "Fancy words and stern indignation won't sway my decision."
- Judge Xiven: "Answer the question. How do you plead? Guilty or innocent?"
After you freed the prisoners, he will attempt to stop the escape by sealing the barrier. He throw in his guards to stop you:
- Judge Xiven: "You have been judged! You won't escape!"
- Judge Xiven: "The penalty is death!"
- Judge Xiven: "Guilty! Guilty! I pronounce each and every one of you guilty as charged!"
- Judge Xiven: "You'll never escape my judgement, mortals!"
- Judge Xiven: "I think this has gone on long enough. Time for you to die now!"
- Judge Xiven: "You won't escape! No one ever escapes my judgement!"
After disposing of his forces, he will come out and try to finish you off himself:
- Judge Xiven: "I'll execute you myself!"
