During the Ceythalmor's assassination attempt on the Proxy Queen Alwinarwe, you and Tanlorin will find Bailiffs Nesaawy, Hererquen and Tirwortil protecting the Proxy Queen from within a red barrier. Once the assassins are slain, the trio will fan out as the Proxy Queen approaches you.
