 South of Hammerfell, west of Cyrodiil, north of Valenwood, and northeast of Summerset is that pocket of the Eltheric Ocean called the Abecean Sea. It bustles with trade, merchant ships—and pirates.

The Abecean Sea is a pirate-ridden sea within the Eltheric Ocean.
You will set sail to this area aboard The Prowler from Seaside Sanctuary to chase down Vicereeve Pelidil and his Sea Viper allies during the related quest.
