Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Finding The Duke[edit]
Speak to either Corporal Marent or Chamberlain Weller and they'll tell you that Duke Sebastien has been kidnapped by the Bloodthorn Cult, and to go speak to Lieutenant Harim. The lieutenant is located south of town -- across the water via brief swim, if you'd like to take a shortcut. He tells you the Duke is in the lighthouse. Tell him you'll help then go east over the bridge and into the lighthouse. Go to the top and speak to the Duke. Destroy the two crystals on either side of the room, then speak with the Duke again. He wants you to rescue another prisoner so accept and then leave the lighthouse. Go northeast to the last house and enter. Free Gloria Fausta and then head back to Aldcroft. Talk to the Duke inside the Duke's Temporary Command to finish the quest.
Notes[edit]
- The Lighthouse and Ransacked House can both be accessed prior to accepting the quest, however the duke and the other prisoner will not be present then.

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
