Erissare Arenim is a High Elf commoner living in the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District with her husband, Soris.
Her entire life is lived indoors. She sleeps from midnight until 7am in the easternmost of the twin beds in the upstairs bedroom, then eats breakfast for an hour downstairs before spending the rest of the day walking around the ground floor.
Erissare wears a middle-class outfit consisting of a russet felt outfit, rugged pants and a pair of pigskin shoes. She carries the key to her husband's house as well as a leveled amount of gold.
The first time you meet her, she introduces herself with "I'm Erissare Arenim. Soris is my husband." When asked about the city, she will inform you on her culinary tastes: "My favorite thing is fresh slaughterfish, caught fresh from the docks on the Waterfront."
After her husband acquires an unusual magical staff during the related quest, Erissare displays a singular lack of sense when it comes to crime prevention. When asked if she knows about the staff, she will reply: "That thing? Soris keeps it locked in a chest, down in the basement. I don't see why he's so careful with it. It's not like anyone determined enough couldn't get their hands on it; the key is in his desk, after all."
