Leyawiin is a city in the Blackwood region in far southern Cyrodiil, near the mouth of the Niben River south of Bravil at the end of the Green Road. The river passes through the city before emptying into Topal Bay to the south. The region is humid, with the city featuring a significant Khajiit and Argonian population due to its proximity to Elsweyr and Black Marsh.

The city is dominated by the Great Chapel of Zenithar. The Count of Leyawiin is Marius Caro, who resides in the castle with his wife. The city features the guild hall of the mercenary Blackwood Company, and is troubled by local bandits and skooma dealers.
