Revered dragons[edit]

It's kind of simple, here is the link for the leveled lists that control what level dragons spawn. Unless you can prove different, including location, who what where when and how, do not change this number again. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 21:28, 27 January 2013 (GMT)

Again. Do you have any proof that it's at level 42, anywhere in the game? • JAT 00:51, 28 January 2013 (GMT)
Playing the game right now. It shows at 42 when I was playing, I'm at 46 and it still shows up. — Unsigned comment by 74.64.66.12 (talk) at 01:10 on January 28, 2013
As I said, full disclosure please, where, when etc. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 01:12, 28 January 2013 (GMT)
Looking at the CK, there are only two uses of Revered Dragon: LCharDragonAny and DLC1LCharDragonIceLake - the first one only appears at level 59+, and the second at level 70+. There are two exceptions to this, though - the twin dragons Voslaarum and Naaslaarum, who you find in the Forgotten Vale. These two, however, are fixed - if you're level one, then you'll still find them. These two technically aren't always Revered Dragons, though - they just appear to be Revered Dragons. They will have level-appropriate stats, so for instance, if you are level one, they will appear to be Revered Dragons yet have the stats of regular Dragons. • JAT 01:21, 28 January 2013 (GMT)

I was returning a horn to the shrine of Talos between Shimmermist Cave and Fellglow Keep at 43 when one of those dragons attacked. I'm sorry if i'm seeming difficult just mentioning my experience and just saying that it doesn't start showing up at 59. — Unsigned comment by 74.64.66.12 (talk) at 01:28 on 28 January 2013‎

Do you play on Xbox 360 or PC? Vely►t►e 01:34, 28 January 2013 (GMT)
The version I'm playing is on Xbox 360. I apologize if there is a big different within that. — Unsigned comment by 74.64.66.12 (talk) at 01:37 on January 28, 2013
Yes and no. The games are exactly the same on PC and Xbox, but there are things that can be checked via the PC's console that are unknowable on the Xbox and PS3. So even though you have encountered what may look like a revered dragon, it may not be. There are known visual bugs that force a name to appear over a creature or enemy NPC that cannot be verified on the Xbox. Also the Dragon page was altered recently to say that Ancient Dragons were orange, the same color as Revered Dragons. The DLC will soon be available on the PC, so any underlying issues will be found quite quickly. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 22:31, 29 January 2013 (GMT)
Well, on the plus side it means that we are certain no mods are involved. If you are still interested in this, did the dragon only look like a Revered Dragon, or did it actually say "Revered Dragon" when you targeted it? Looking at the Dragon page history, there were quite a few "reports" for early dragons, but I can't see that in the game data. So anything bringing light into the situation would be helpful. --Alfwyn (talk) 22:42, 29 January 2013 (GMT)
