Welcome!

I have played Oblivion for about a year and Skyrim since it came out, and I can honestly say they are part of the best game series I have ever played. I joined this wiki a short while after starting to use it for quest and NPC information. I play Oblivion and Skyrim.

Technical Experience

I have only just started playing around with the construction set, but I have a lot of experience under my belt about modding for Source (Half-Life 2/Portal). I hope to take that experience of the Source SDK and use it in the construction set.

I am also a beginning (past the "total noob" phase, but still right off the bus) programmer, using Java and Visual Basic.

Personal Stuff

I live in west Michigan, I am 18, and I have played video games since I was a wee lad, pushing thumbsticks on a dual shock when I was three or four (Crash Team Racing was the bomb in those days). Anyways, in college I wish to study computer science to prepare me for a career in game programming. I wish to pursue some personal game development projects I've had in mind once I get some programming practices nailed down.

I also built my own PC this summer. It was an awesome project, being my first build and all.

I play the bass! Terrible at improvising/jazz stuff, but if you name a Rush song, chances are I can play it.
