Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to the leader of the guildhall in Ald Iuval or Narsis for a writ on Turesa Veldyn.
2. Kill Turesa Veldyn in Tabiash Egg Mine, northeast of Ald Marak.
3. Report to a writ issuer.

Detailed Walkthrough

If you accept the writ on Turesa Veldyn, travel to Ald Marak and then head northeast a short distance. You should see a tent outside of the entrance to Tabiash Egg Mine. If you're having trouble finding the Egg Mine, go north along the river bank from Ald Marak to Baryon Plantation, as the tent outside the mine can be spotted by walking uphill along the road from here. Your target is inside the tent. Speaking to the guard outside the tent, Arvena Veldyn, about Turesa Veldyn will cause them to identify you as an assassin and attack. Similarly, speaking to Turesa inside the tent while Arvena is still alive will cause her to enter and attack you.

Kill Turesa (and Arvena if needed), and then return to a writ issuer for your reward.
