Uelyna Thenim

Uelyna Thenim is a Dark Elf necromancer and one of the bandits who hide out in Pahunsabi. She is a powerful spell-caster, and lower-level characters will have a great deal of difficulty in defeating her.

Uelyna appears to have struck a smuggling deal with Vycius Pitio of the Dustmoth Legion in Firewatch, as indicated by his letter to her found during the events of the Legion quest, Confrontation at Pahunsabi.
