Who looks out for the lookout?

Quick Walkthrough

1. Ask about latest rumors, until the 'island lookout' topic comes up. Ask about that.
2. Talk to Ralis Llarmos in his house just outside Sandil Manor, on the east side of Gorne with a high (65+) disposition.
3. Go to the hill, north of town, just before the second bridge, and swim west to Gormoro Grotto.
4. Search the body outside of the grotto, take the key, and go to Ravos Sorvalith in Sandil Manor, Gorne.
5. Either return the key, or use it to open the Gorne guard tower basement and begin An Alchemical Ailment by reading the journal there.

Notes

• While Ravos Sorvalith is mentioned in the initial rumor, he will refuse to provide any help even at maximum disposition, preferring to keep Gorne's problems among Gorne's people.
• Other villagers (the bartender and shopkeeper) will have additional things to say at high disposition, but it is not necessary to talk to them.

60		I found the island lookout's corpse in an alcove under the sea west of Gorne.
65	Finishes quest	Under the sea west of Gorne, I found a Dunmer's corpse in an alcove. On him was an amulet bearing the mark of House Indoril. This may be of interest to somebody.
70	Finishes quest	I told Ravos that the island lookout drowned. He will share the bad news with the townspeople.
80	Finishes quest	It appears that the corpse I found underwater was that of a guard that had gone missing, Gorne's island lookout. I shared news of his death with Ravos Sorvalith.
