Quick Walkthrough

1. Survive the Ritual of St. Veloth for one minute with willpower.
2. Speak with the Face of Veloth.
3. Return to Athires.

Detailed Walkthrough

Once you've survived the ritual, you'll be transported out of the shrine. The ritual will be over and marked as completed, but now a new quest begins. The Face of Veloth will appear before you and speak.

Veloth's Visage

This is essentially a cutscene where the Face of Saint Veloth speaks to the player. He warns you that your journey will be begin by darkness and emptiness, but stepping east towards the dawn will meet you with a new birth in a new land, guided by the path illuminated by your feet below and the stars above.

Sharing Veloth's Words

Once returned, you will find the shrine to Veloth now has glass shards growing from it. Interacting with it will repeat the words of Veloth once more. Return to the Second Family Manor and share the news with Athires. If you try looking for Telyn, he will be gone.

Antires will interpet this as a message for the Hlaalu to head east, towards Akavir. Now that the mission of the Seyda Neen has been fulfilled and the words of St. Veloth can be shared, first time he has been shown himself in thousands of years, Athires will begin preparations to head east. He will stay in Narsis until you've become the Grandmaster of his family's Great House.

If you've already received support from the other councilors, speak with Athires once more about advancement to receive the High Hlaalu Amulet and complete the Hlaalu Grandmaster questline. Otherwise continue on to the other mainland councilors to gain their support.

40	Finishes quest	I told Athires Hlaalu what the Face of Veloth said. He interpreted this message as Veloth continuing east towards Akavir, and seeks to pursue Veloth himself.
50	Finishes quest	Vizier Ereven Peronys said that the Temple erected a small shrine where I rescued Telyn Dralis and suggested I pay it a visit.
