Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Soren Uveran inside Tel Muthada's lower tower.
2. Wait a day, and then ask the people of Tel Muthada about Soren.
3. Talk to Alaud Uveran by the slave market.
4. Ascend to the top of the tower and talk to Soren.
5. Kill the Dremora.
6. Return to Soren (in the lower tower) and Alaud (in the slave market).

5		I met Soren Uveran, a gatekeeper in Tel Muthada working with his brother Alaud. Apparently, he's planning to prove his reputation as the town coward wrong. He said he'd do it tomorrow, so maybe I should see what he's up to.
7		It's been a day. Maybe now I should check to see how Soren Uveran is going with his "bravery". Asking the locals might be a good start.
10		A day after speaking with Soren, I heard a rumor that he's going to jump from the top of the tower. I should speak with Alaud, who is at the foot of the tower devising a way to save him.
13		I spoke with Alaud Uveran, Soren's brother. He's trying to save Soren by catching him when he falls. Of course, this won't work, so it looks like I'll have to go up the tower and reason with Soren.
15		I spoke with Soren Uveran, who climbed to the top of the tower. Apparently, he's going to conjure a Dremora and prove to everyone that he's not a coward.
20		I've spoken with Soren at the top of the tower. Apparently, he wasn't going to jump, just find a high place so everyone could see his bravery. Now he's going to summon a Dremora.
30		I helped Soren kill the Dremora.
35		Soren Uveran is dead.
40	Finishes quest	Soren was thankful that I helped him kill the Dremora and gave me some of his alchemical equipment.
50	Finishes quest	Alaud was thankful that I rescued his brother, and gave me his prized spear.
60	Finishes quest	Soren was thankful that I helped him kill the Dremora and gave me some of his alchemical equipment.
70	Finishes quest	Alaud was thankful that I rescued his brother, and gave me his prized spear.
100	Finishes quest	Alaud was sad that his brother died.
200	Finishes quest	Soren Uveran is dead.
