10		Ivul Hleryn seeks the right to dock and search ships at the Redoran city of Ald Iuval. He suspects the ruler, Felmaru Llendu, allows Ja-Natta Syndicate members to base themselves within the city. If I can find evidence of an agreement, I could force Felmaru to sign the agreement.
20		After being presented with a Ja-Natta Syndicate contract, Felmaru Llendu was forced to agree to Ivul Hleryn's conditions.
30	Finishes quest	Ivul Hleryn acknowledged the contract and agreed to support my bid for Grandmaster.
