Quick Guide

1. Speak to Antonius Rato in Tiger Hall in Hlerynhul for orders.

2. Get the report to deliver to Ereven Baryl.

3. Go to Narsis and deliver the report to Ereven Baryl in Heron Hall, in the Foreign Quarter of Narsis.

4. Go back to Antonius Rato for completion of the quest.

Detailed Guide

Speak with Antonius Rato in Hlerynhul inside Tiger Hall, across the bridge on the northern edge of Hlerynhul. There is an Imperial Legionnaire standing outside of it. He will ask you if you want orders by saying: Here for orders, <Imperial Legion rank>? When you accept, he will ask you to deliver a report to Ereven Baryl in Narsis:

It's only a regular report on the status of the Legion here. I need you to make sure it reaches Ereven Baryl at Heron Hall in Narsis safely. Follow the road south out of Hlerynhul and you'll reach Narsis. Heron Hall is in the southern side of Narsis' foreign quarter.

Make your way out of Tiger Hall and hit the road south of Hlerynhul. Stay on the cobbled road all the way south, and you'll eventually hit a slightly nicer paved, gray brick road. Turn east (left) and head into Narsis.

Follow the road through the middle of that section of Narsis as it goes south, and you'll come to a large bridge going over water. Keep following the gray brick path south and it will seem like you're outside of Narsis, but you're not. You'll eventually come to another bridge over some water hearing into the Foreign Quarter. Walk straight over and into the Foreign Quarter until you see a large building with an archway in front of it on your right-hand side, and 2 doors on the same building. That's Heron Hall. Enter it and go upstairs 2 flights of stairs until you get to a room with a large meeting table, and a door to the left-hand side of the table. Go through the door and Ereven Baryl will be in that room. Speak to him about report to Ereven Baryl and he'll say:

A report from Hlerynhul? Thank you. You'd best report back to Antonius Rato and let him know it's been delivered.

Make your way back to Hlerynhul and speak to Antonius Rato to finish the quest. He says:

Good work, <Imperial Legion rank>. Now, I have some new orders for you.
