Ossurnashalit

Ossurnashalit is a shrine to the Daedra Prince Molag Bal, in Roth Roryn.

It can be reached by journeying along the road leading from the southern gate of Omaynis, turning right at the first fork, and then striking out directly south after passing the Essurdan Cave Dwelling on your left.

The ruin is home to a number of Clannfear, and the Argonian warlock, Father-To-Many-Mother-To-Few, who appears to be summoning them in a rite involving the sacrifice of his kin. This warlock has drawn the ire of the Golden Saint Issmi in Veranzaris however, and she will despatch you to dispatch him during the events of A Nirn-Bound Saint.

One item worth taking in your expedition here is the Adamantium Shortsword that lies before the statue of Molag Bal.
