Miriel

Miriel is a Wood Elf thief encountered during the events of the Imperial Legion quest, Properly Purloined. Depending on your choices (and her disposition), you may either join with her to rob the Old Ebonheart treasure chamber, leave her to do so alone, kill her, or have her arrested. If arrested, she will appear in the prison under Old Ebonheart's Legion headquarters.

While in the sewers, she carries a Steel Flameblade and will quite happily stick it into any unfortunate legionnaire who encounters her mid-robbery.
