The Kartur Dale is a region of pleasant green rolling hills primarily in Velothis District that form the foothills of the Velothi Mountains to its west.

The region is planned to appear to the west of Armun Ashlands. The region is being contested between houses Redoran and Hlaalu. It is a mixing ground of strange Cyrodiil and Morrowind flora with steep bluffs and wildflower meadows. In the north, the Pryai river meanders its way past Bodrum; in the south is the well-cultivated moor around Kragenmoor. Aside from the Velothi Mountains, the region is surrounded by Othreleth Woods to the south, Armun and Roth Roryn regions to the east and Clambering Moor to the north.

No part of the dale has yet been released. It is planned to be included as part of the Wealth Beyond Measure expansion.
