Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to the Ancestral Spirit in Necrom, Catacombs: Depths.
2. Travel to Odimasadra.
3. Defeat the daedroth there, and retrieve the Dunmer Skull.
4. Return to the Ancestral Spirit for a reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Travel to Odimasadra, located north east of Firewatch, west of Koranyon and Mount Sarrunabi. Odimasadra is populated by a handful of Daedras. Follow the mushrooms until the deep end of the cavern. Kill the daedroth Urnulue and retrieve the Dunmer Skull from his corpse. Return to the Ancestral Spirit in Necrom, Catacombs: Depths, he will give you Solusi's Shield, a unique Indoril shield with a higher armor rating, more durability and a higher enchant value.

30	Finishes quest	I told the spirit I could not retrieve his remains.
40		I have recovered a skull from the possession of the daedroth spoken of by the spirit in the catacombs of Necrom.
60	Finishes quest	I gave the spirit his skull and he rewarded me with his ancient shield.
