Some disgruntled workers from the East Empire Company in Narsis are frustrated with their treatment and have asked the Chapel of Zenithar to intervene. Plutus Ceno directed me to try and solve their problems without offending the Company, who are leading sponsors of the Imperial Cult. I am to Silana Sentulus once I arrive at the East Empire Company to learn more about the dispute.

Silana Sentulus was dismissive of the disgruntled workers' demands. She asked me to solve their problems, but made it clear that she would not increase their wages.

After solving the problems of all three disgruntled workers, I argued to Silana Sentulus that Zenithar wants laborers to be treated with more dignity. This convinced her to improve the workers' wages and she told me to inform them of her decision.
