Galdalior

Galdalior is a High Elf slave who resides in Tomaril Manor's Manor House in the Mephalan Vales. He has a wife, Lorinala, who is in the Reception Hall and Slave Quarters.

He gives you the book An Adventure's End to deliver to Geras Egg Mine as part of the quest Instructions from an Altmer.

He wears an expensive shirt with a matching pair of shoes, exquisite pants, and a slave's left bracer. He also has a 60% chance of carrying a single gold piece if you are level 15 or higher. Aside from his natural weaknesses to fire, frost, shock and magicka, his natural bonus to magicka, and resistance to disease, he knows no spells.

They've had some trouble with diseased kwama at the mine and naturally those miners used up all of their healing scrolls. That's why you'll need to deliver them this spellbook. They should be able to learn a useful spell from it. That way I won't have to solve their problems again in the future."
