Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Giacinia Andelius in Almas Thirr's Upper Waistworks about help a wizard.
2. Obtain 2x Red Lichen, 1x Quality Restore Magicka Potion, 2x Greater Soul Gems, 1x Lesser Soul Gem, 3x Bread and 1x Cyrodiilic Brandy.
3. Talk to Ilerni Hleran in the Limping Scrib for Giacinia's Journal.
4. Return to the Upper Waistworks and talk to the ordinators about help a wizard.
5. Enter the Prison on the same level and speak to Giacinia.
6. Either:
   • Speak to Undena Dolovas and bribe her 250 gold.
   • Talk to Gilvur Uvelen and either:
     • Order him to release Giacinia and Juni as Diviner rank or above in the Temple.
     • Persuade him to release the two with 90+ disposition.
7. Speak to Giacinia and give her the requested supplies (and journal).

15		When I returned with the supplies for Giacinia to the upper waistworks in Almas Thirr, her and Juni were nowhere to be found.
20		An Ordinator told me that Giacinia and Juni both have been arrested for improper behavior and are being kept in the Almas Thirr prison.
30		I talked to Giacinia in her cell, and she asked me to negotiate her release with the prison's overseer.
100	Finishes quest	I decided not to rescue Giacinia from prison.
110	Finishes quest	I negotiated Gaicinia's release from prison. In her gratitude, she has cast a fortifying spell on me.
