Plutus Ceno related a vision he received of a great treasure of Zenithar surrounded by blue eyes and bones. He asked me to speak to a Dunmer scout or Dunmer savant to interpret the vision and recover the treasure of Zenithar.

I was told that Plutus Ceno's vision might have been about Palamat Mine, an abandoned sapphire mine in a canyon east of the stronghold of Yandaran in south Shipal-Shin.

I returned to Plutus Ceno with a strange rock I found in Palamat Mine. He doubted that it could really be the treasure of Zenithar, but suggested that I place it on the altar anyway.

When I placed the strange rock on the altar, it began to float in the air and nine gems appeared from nowhere.

I spoke to Ilmyna Hlaalu, who was amazed by the treasure of Zenithar's miracle. She promised to make offerings to Zenithar and lead the Seventh Family of House Hlaalu in worshipping the Divines.
