Danrilk Grotto is a small grotto on the Thirr River, east of Othmura.
The entrance to the grotto is located underwater, on the opposite side of the riverbed from Othmura's pier. The cave is infested with Dreugh; five can be found within. You will be tasked with recovering a carapace fragment from one of these Dreugh during the House Redoran quest Dreugh of Danrilk.
The grotto's tunnels are entirely underwater, with only a small air pocket in the final chamber. Water Breathing is therefore essential to explore this location.
The primary loot from this location is the pearls that can be harvested from the thirteen Kollops found throughout the grotto. The grotto's main treasure is the unique Tigercrab Staff, an enchanted Dreugh staff found on a skeletal corpse in the final chamber. A Bargain Rising Force Potion can be found next to the corpse, allowing for a quick exit.
