Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Lish gro-Garrok in the dungeon of Icebreaker Keep about the topic unjustly imprisoned.
2. Return Lish's axe from the TEM Ghostrunner at Nivalis docks.
   • The axe is in a locked chest below decks.
3. Bring the axe and a Scroll of Almsivi Intervention to Lish gro-Garrok.

• With 90+ disposition, you can convince the guard on the TEM Ghostrunner to look the other way.

10		In Icebreaker Keep's dungeon, I met Lish gro-Garrok, an orc accused of piracy. He swears that he is unjustly imprisoned and asked me to help him escape. He was arrested by the crew of TEM 'Ghostrunner' and his prized axe remains onboard. I must retrieve his axe, and also find a scroll of Almsivi Intervention to allow him to escape. The 'Ghostrunner' is an Imperial Navy ship docked in Nivalis.
100	Finishes quest	Lish gro-Garrok used the scroll of Almsivi Intervention to escape. He told me I could keep any other equipment I found, and promised to tell anyone he met of how I helped him.
200	Finishes quest	I informed Commodore Tibera Rone that Lish gro-Garrok was trying to escape. She put his cell under closer watch and gave me 100 gold as thanks.
