Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Thorleif Stage-Hand about jobs and Ayleid longbow.
2. Go to Adavrin Plantation and speak to Milberel in the Workers' House.
3. Steal Brilliance from the plantation's vault.

Detailed Walkthrough

Thorleif Stage-Hand has a commission for the theft of an enchanted Ayleid longbow named "Brilliance" that is held in a vault at Adavrin Plantation, south of Narsis. He asks you to complete the job, and to meet with an agent named Milberel at the plantation.

The plantation will have been marked on your map. Head there and speak to Milberel in the Workers' House there. She'll describe the vault's defenses - two locked doors with separate keys held by plantation nobles, and a guard who might be lured away by causing a commotion - for said commotion, she suggests starting something with a Camonna Tong thug named Vilur Fels (if you want to do this, find Vilur in the basement and hit him to see the guard come running).

The vault itself is in the basement. You can unlock the first door with Adavrin Plantation Vault Key 1. This can be pickpocketed from the guard standing by this door by reaching through the bars. There is additionally a copy of the key on the table behind his position, as well as two held by Berol Adavrin and Rilver Adavrin if you need more options. There is only one copy of the key to the second door. This is on the shelf by Rilver Adavrin in the main manor. If you can't get this, you'll need another way of breaking through a level 100 lock.

Once inside the vault, take the bow Brilliance. Return with this to Thorleif to complete the quest.

20		Milberel told me that the Adavrin Plantation vault that stores the Ayleid longbow is protected by two locked doors. She suggested that I try to lure the guard away from the door by committing a crime.
