Alamin Neron is a Dark Elf enchantress who can be found at the top of the tower of Tel Sadas. She is a master of her craft but unfortunately she doesn't offer any services or training. She is not a member of the House Telvanni, which is strange because she often has dealings with the rulers of Sadas Plantation. She has three soul gems in her inventory to practice enchanting.
