Unfortunately, with the anniversary edition, the quest never triggered for me. Neither adding the letter manually not setting the quest stage worked to trigger it. No clue if there is another hidden trigger or something like that? --Irian (talk) 17:28, 1 September 2022 (UTC)

Fortunately, the quest seems not to be needed. When going into the dungeon, I still found all the stuff and could craft the arrows. So it doesn't seem to be a horrible bug. --Irian (talk) 09:09, 4 September 2022 (UTC)

The Anniversary Edition update changes the Creation Club quests to not start automatically, but I have yet to find any way of triggering the quest before entering Kagrumez. Thankfully Soul Stealer Arrows spawn regularly in general shops and archery shops, so the quest only provides the means to craft them yourself.
