Damage

Ice storm seems to do an insane amount of damage under certain conditions. The "regular" straight hit deals damage as advertized, but i´ve done some tests on minimum difficulty where i took easily near 100 damage despite wearing a 40% frost resistance shield and having 20% magic resistance (-> 52% resistance). This seems to be related to being hit with the fringe of the spell, possibly when moving backwards (along with the spell). Can anyone confirm this and, if possible, provide more information? If i had to guess i would guess that it is related to how ice storm "remembers" which targets it had already hit. Presumably each target should be hit once per ice storm, but if this "remembering" mechanism doesn't work it can probably hit multiple times in quick succession. 194.230.159.154 11:58, 30 July 2021 (UTC)

ice storm hits per second to anything inside it. So if you stay inside it you will keep eating it. Same applies to foes. Apparently if you use slow time and ice storm it eats foes alive. Lol justice (talk) 08:33, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
