The text of Your First Plugin is incorrect. If you open a New file, skyrim.esm will only not be loaded if you specifically uncheck it.
There are constant references to the CS. Not everyone has chosen to use the CS first, making this of dubious use.
This so-called 'Getting Started' tutorial is only useful for someone who is already familiar with use of the CS. It is completely useless for someone who has never used any other tool to make Skyrim mods before. A link to a real 'Getting Started' tutorial is the least this article needs.
