After a Khajiit caravan is attacked by a strange Khajiit while traveling to and from Markarth, the merchants requested that the vigilant investigate their strange attacker. When confronted outside a radiant location in the Reach, he will be ranting and raving about a beating heart. Once he is dead, return to Dagail and she will believe he was just another lunatic.
