Peak's Shade Tower

Peak's Shade Tower is a small ruined Nordic tower east of Falkreath containing a spriggan.

Walkthrough

Following the main road east out of Falkreath toward Helgen, the path leading up to the tower is marked by a cairn on the right side of the road. Three red mountain flowers, one purple mountain flower, and a patch of mora tapinella fungus on a large tree stump are found just outside the entrance.

The tower has long eroded, and the only inhabitant is a spriggan. The interior is overgrown with vegetation, including two blue mountain flowers, one purple mountain flower, and two thistles. It is also a good place to find blue butterflies and monarch butterflies during the day, and a few luna moths or torchbugs at night. Hidden among the vegetation along the west wall of the tower is an unlocked chest.

Notes

• With Dawnguard installed, the spriggan may be an Earth Mother, depending on what level you approach the ruin.
