Hand Ethra Mavandas is a Dark Elf who can be found in Ashfall's Tear. If you choose to join the Tribunal Temple, there are two different ways to earn her loyalty as a follower, depending on which dialogue option you use with the Matriarch. If you defeat Ethra and three other warriors in combat, she can be asked to follow you immediately after. If you Persuade the matriarch instead, Ethra will only become a follower after completing Ashen Heart.
