Broken Shrine Grotto is a grotto hidden behind a waterfall near Hal Sadek.
Travel upriver southeast of Hal Sadek to reach this location - the door is behind the second waterfall from the bottom. The interior is small, with a broken shrine at the end. This is likely to be dedicated to Saint Naharine, as implied during the quest The Broken Shrine, where an individual suspiciously similar to said saint, named Lily, manifests behind you as you tend to the shrine.
