Split Lycanthropy from Werewolf

Having "Werewolf" and "Lycanthropy" be the same page seems to be problematic (and the same goes for "Vampire" and "Vampirism"). I think we want to split the enemy and skill line pages apart, since:

• This matches what has already been done for Oblivion and Skyrim.
• Each of the pages is more focused on a specific type of information, without being so cluttered.
• It gets rid of the issue of having pages in both the Online-Creatures and Online-Skills categories at the same time. E.g. "Vampirism" currently looks like a Skills page, but this looks like a Creatures page.
