There is a potential bug at quest step requiring to clear corruption. It can happen that only 2 out of 3 corruptions spawn, with the last one on the top floor missing. SOLUTION: Just logout and re-logon. You find yourself back to where you were. Progress is kept with 2/3 corruptions cleared. Only this time, the green circle in which you need to stand will be there and you can proceed. I have added a little section in italic in main article.
