When spoken to prior to completing Labor Dispute, he will tell you to be quiet or the Stormfist will get suspicious:

"Be quiet. I don't want them to notice you—or me, either, for that matter."

During the quest, you will learn he has a twin brother:

"Be quiet. I don't want them to notice us."

Didn't I see you outside?

"You must have met my twin brother, Thelm.
Let him know I'm all right. He worries too much."

After the quest:

"Thanks for helping us get rid of the Orcthane's thugs."

Notes

• He will thank you for driving the Stormfists off after completing Labor Dispute and before you complete Mystery Metal. This is an oversight, as the Stormfists still wander the mine during that period.
