Split-Tongue

Split-Tongue is a Khajiit fisher who can be found in S'ren-ja. He has a lisp, as a result of a previous attack by Rakhad's thugs. He is friends with Spot Nose.

Dialogue

Before Loose Ends is completed:

"Forgive Split-Tongue his split tongue, please. Though many mock him, he still sees his friends about this tree, here.

After Rakhad's skooma ring has been busted:

"Split-Tongue hears Rakhad no longer hides under the rocks of S'ren-ja.
