Sahurzo is a Khajiit Dark Brotherhood assassin who can be found at a Fishing Hole northeast of Jheury's Cove during the quest The Island Tour, available only during the Heroes of High Isle event.
He can be found standing on a blood-stained fishing platform together with his fellow assassins, Thorfinn and Medila Faram. He has no dialogue.
