Priest Ahmin is a Redguard worshipper of Meridia who can be found at Kilkreath Temple. While you speak with Priest Triev, Priest Bavian will notice him and run after him into the Vestry.
When you follow her, you will find that he has transformed into a harrowfiend and will be feasting on a fellow priest.
