Overdreamer Chartrand is the leader of the Supernal Dreamers cult in Stormhaven, a Daedric cult that worships Vaermina, the Daedric Prince of Dreams. Though Overdreamer Chartrand himself is unseen in the game, his presence is made known through the orders he gives his followers to further their plans of taking over Stormhaven. These orders can be found in a document called Overdreamer Chartrand's Orders, found in the southern tower of Aphren's Hold.
